Requirements ( Voice Account )
- Must have at least 2 years of call center experience
- Sales background preferred but not required
- Minimum 8 GB Ram Desktop Computer or laptop
- Minimum Intel Core i5 / Ryzen 5 processor or other processors similar to this
- Noise cancelling USB headset
- Quiet work station with NO BACKGROUND NOISE
- High Speed internet minimum of 20 MBPS, Fiber connection preferred

Qualifications ( Voice Account )
- Excellent English Communication Skills
- Sales, Telemarketing or any related experience
- Real Estate Appointment Setting Experience preferred
- Must be a team player
- Flexible schedule, can work on US Timezones
- Trainable and can easily learn and adapt to new systems
- Able to meet quotas and targets and can work under pressure
- Self-reliant, independent and does not need to be supervised at all times
- Previous work from home experience preferred
- Familiar with cold calling, telemarketing, appointment setting and other related jobs

- Great English Written skills. Must be able to communicate well in English.
- Able to follow instructions, written or verbal, and deliver as required
- Able to meet deadlines and can work on a fast-paced setup
- Must have an Upwork account
- Team Player and can work well with others
- Resourceful, proactive, and smart.
- Knows how to navigate CRMs, Google Sheet and can be easily trained
- Can work without much supervision
- Related experience in lead generation or data entry position preferred but not required
- Working computer that is personally owned and not borrowed
- High-Speed internet connection
