Ethan Lozada has years of experience as a sales representative but feels that he can do more. So, he left his corporate job and transitioned to freelancing in 2016. He was getting a lot of client interest despite his unavailability at that time. This is how he thought of setting up Telecrew Outsourcing, to help his friends get clients and at the same time, start up a business that aims to cultivate the skills of virtual assistants and connect them with business owners that will value and appreciate their services.
Ethan values people, relationships, and integrity. He has a talent for profiling the right candidates to join his team. Despite not seeing the applicants in person, he can tell who will be an asset for his remote staffing agency. He gives high importance to the client's best interest and pays attention to virtual assistants' welfare. Because of his people skills, loyal and talented VAs are drawn to him.

Jazzlyn Lozada has been in the business since 2006. She started as a sales representative and worked her way up to become a Sales Team Manager in one of the top call centers in the Philippines. She left the corporate world in 2015 and started freelancing.
She has been a Top Rated Freelancer in Upwork for 5 years and has an excellent work history rating. She leads by example because she never fails to amaze her clients.
She can sell anything, be it in person or on the phone. Many sales professionals are trained or developed, but she was born to become one! She handled many types of businesses and has worked with many clients in different industries, but her real passion is REAL ESTATE INSIDE SALES and real estate cold calling.
In 2016, she got hired by one of the top real estate firms in the US. She is very knowledgeable in the real estate market. Her vast experience in real estate inside sales allows her to vet the right candidate for Telecrew. Real Estate Appointment Setting is our main niche, and she knows what a client will be looking for in a virtual assistant.
She has a proven track record as a Real Estate ISA and has a high listing conversion. This allows her to train and develop the team's virtual assistants to work, think and perform like her.
Jazzy is the team's backbone. She's very passionate about sharing her knowledge and expertise. She handles the agency's training, operations, and client acquisition.
